The next hafla may have a local henna artist, as well as an Eye Candy rep, which, if you haven't tried Eye candy, it's some awesome glittery goodness for your eyes. I have no idea what I'm going to dance to. I have a few ideas swimming around, but nothing solid.

So, I had my second interview at Aldi. The guy seemed to like me, and they actually have their district managers do all the hiring and interviewing. I think they'll call me back, but you never know. I've never heard of so much stuff to get a part time cashier job, but they do background checks, drug testing, everything. No worries on any of that, I'm clean and sparkly, it's just weird. I really like Aldi though, I like the way it's run, and I think I got that across to him as well. So hey, we'll see.

Then I went tanning with Melinda, and went out to her house afterward to look at her horses. While I was in the tanning bed, there was a fly buzzing around, and I came up with a new expression: "as welcome as a fly in a tanning bed." I like that one. Also, while I was lying there, I noticed that my belly was smaller. I could place my hands on my belly and tell. I'm really hoping to stick with this thing, it's not easy but I think I am doing well.

When I went out to Melinda's, I fell in love with one of her horses, named George. Who couldn't love a horse named George anyway? She also has a sweet little colt named Shimmy, so I took pictures of both.
